The Slip cannot be canceled, Incase the applicant already  generate another one after the current one expires.     3. How long does it take for a GAMCA medical result?

The medical centers create a medical fitness report for everyone. The fit report is valid for 90 days, after which you will be not able to book new Wafid Appointment for 60 days . After acquiring a positive GAMCA (now Wafid) medical report from an approved Wafid Centre, you can travel to your destination country. But after even 1 day of the valid 90 days you will not be allowed to show that fit certificate.
